Listeria monocytogenes septicemia in pregnancy. 1975

A case of Listeria monocyto-enes septicemia in a patient with a poor reproductive history is presented. The clinical aspects and implications of this infectious disease during pregnancy are discussed, and the role of Listeria as a cause of recurrent pregnancy wastage is summarized.
