With the arrival of the new dentin-enamel adhesives, the dentist is able to bond many different materials to the tooth. The esthetic inlays or onlays may thus be made out of various materials such as composite or ceramics with long term success. This article is an attempt to detail all the clinical procedures necessary to succeed such restorations.
