A day surgery patient telephone follow-up survey. 1994

D Hawkshaw

Patients' ratings of pain control, comfort and satisfaction with the service have implications both ethically and for purchaser/provider contracts. Telephoning patients after surgery provides evidence of good practice or the need for its revision.
