We report for the first time in the French literature the case of a malignant non Hodgkin's type lymphoma associated with pregnancy in a 19 year old woman. The evolution with corticotherapy was rapidly unfavourable and led to premature birth of a child who died 24 hours later, and to maternal death 48 hours later in spite of an attempt of chemotherapy. The prognosis of these tumours is bad, for the fetus because of the risks of premature delivery, for the woman because of the risks of tumoural evolution during the postpartum period.
