The authors report on the treatment of 3 ureterovaginal fistulas using a method preserving the segment of ureter below the fistula. In one case, the fistula was successfully managed by ureteroscopic placement of ureteral stent. Two other cases were managed with ipsilateral ureteroureterostomy, where the segment of ureter below the fistula was identified using ureteroscopic perforation of this segment.
