Radiographic findings in Wolman's disease. 1977

R B Harrison, and P Francke

A case of Wolman's disease or primary familial xanthomatosis with calcification of the adrenals is presented. The bilaterally enlarged, calcified adrenals are virtually pathognomonic of this condition.
