Antibody-mediated cytotoxicity in rheumatoid arthritis. 1977

Patients with active seropositive rheumatoid arthritis have reduced antibody-mediated cytotoxicity. Synovial fluid lymphocytes have very low cytotoxicity. A relationship appears to exist between disease activity and cytotoxic activity.
