Commercial dietary influences on the frequency of cortisone-induced cleft palate in C57B1/6J mice. 1977

Changes in standard laboratory diet were found to affect appreciably the cortisone-induced CP frequencies in the offspring of C57B1/6J mice. Fetuses from females maintained on Purina Mouse Chow consistently showed much higher CP frequencies than fetuses from females maintained on Wayne Lab-Blox.
