The cytologic findings of cystitis cystica glandularis--a form of proliferative cystitis which can be mistaken for a tumor clinically and radiologically have hardly been recorded. We describe a case of cystitis cystica where the bladder washings showed a spectrum of findings which were later corroborated on biopsy.
