Secondary intraocular lens implantation. 1977

Mere aphakia is not an indication for secondary intraocular lens implantation. However, many patients with positive indications may be benefited most strikingly by this procedure. These indications are illustrated and results of the author's first 65 secondary implantations are analyzed.
