Mid-ureteral leakage: an unusual complication of ileal conduit. 1977

Peritonitis after ureteroileal urinary diversion usually occurs from urinary leakage caused by disruption at the ureteroileal anastomosis. A case of leakage localized at the mid ureter is reported.
