V N Mamtseva, and G M Gervits, and Iu I Shuvalova

The paper is concerned with a study of patients with attack-like progressive schizophrenia--children from 7-9 years. The clinical picture was characterized by affective--delusional attacks of a paraphrenic structure. The interpretative delusion of persecution was in combination with delusional structures of the type of confabulations with false reminiscence.
