Recovery in mammalian cells irradiated with a beam of pi--mesons. 1976

HeLa cells have been irradiated in a beam of pi--mesons using fractionated exposures. The response-time curve for cells irradiated in the peak and in the plateau regions showed evidence of recovery. For cells irradiated in the post-peak position recovery was either absent or delayed.
