[A tube scalpel for myocardial revascularization in patients with ischemic heart disease]. 1997

The paper describes a tube scalpel for fulfilling the basic stage of left ventricular myocardial tunneling. It shows great advantages of the proposed instrument over its prototype. The developed multifunctional tunnel-cutting scalpel is recommended for cardiac surgeons to use in their practice to enhance the efficiency and safety of left ventricular myocardial tunneling.
