It is reported on the systematic development and on the graduated distribution of tasks in the field of pneumonology in the different stages of medical care. The greatest importance has the physician in the basic care, the therapeut in the territory. He is advised in diagnostic and therapy by the pneumonologist in the special departments of the polyclinics. These will get the assistance of the special hospital institutions of the districts and countries. Connections to the antituberculosis network exist at several places of the country. They are favoured in future development.
