[Rare ocular manifestations of Boeck's sarcoidosis (author's transl)]. 1976

The clinical and histological diagnosis of two patients having an unusual localisation of eyelid and orbita with sarcoidosis Besnier-Boeck-Schaumann is explained. The importance of a prompt excission of the sample for the diagnosis and initiation of therapy is emphasized.
