[Main principles of patient management after reconstructive and restorative surgery of extrahepatic bile ducts]. 1998

The basic principles of treatment of 109 patients with iatrogenic traumatization of biliary ducts are adduced. For the period of 5 years the postoperative mortality have lowered from 8.2 down to 6.8% due to the elaborated methods application, in particular the lipin administration, the apparatus for filtration application, bile sterilization and introduction in stomach, etc. In 88.3% of patients good and fair result was noted.
