Mutants of Trichophyton mentagrophytes with changed optimum cultivation temperature. 1998

By means of UV radiation 74 physiological mutants of the dermatophyte Trichophyton mentagrophytes (Robin) Blanchard were induced. These mutants had changed optimum cultivation temperature and mostly changed morphology and sporulation as well.
