BACKGROUND The treatment of the acute lymphocytic leukaemia can determine impaired growth. METHODS All the patients had length measurements at the time of the beginning of the treatment and, at least, one year after the end of it. CONCLUSIONS There was impaired growth after the treatment according to the dose regimens (18 or 24 Grays). No relation was observed related to the age at the diagnosis.
