[Doppler in 42 high risk pregnancies: predictive values of the flow velocity wave indexes in the arcuate and umbilical arteries]. 1989

Doppler exams were done in forty two risk pregnancy. We explored arcuate and umbilical arteries in order to determine the predictive values of different index in flows velocity wares. Method sensibility was 83.33% y 100% in arcuate and umbilical arteries respectively. Specificity was 100% and 94.9% predictive value of negative test was 97.24 y 100% in both arteries. Predictive value of positive test was 100% and 71.42% in both arteries. The results are very similar to others scientific reports in the same subject.
