The effect of prostacyclin and its analogues--6-keto-prostaglandin-F1 alpha and 6-beta-prostaglandin-I1--on cysteamine-induced duodenal ulceration of rats was investigated. It seems that neither prostacyclin, nor its analogues have anti-ulcerogenic effect in this model.
