Health behaviour increasingly becomes important in fighting serious diseases. A point is that non-smoking must be carried as the normal behaviour. Therefore it is necessary to overcome the conditions underlying the tradition of smoking by totality of social education. Nonsmoking arguments should start from immediate requirements of target group. Some examples in this field are given.
