Papaverine blood levels after administration of a sustained-release preparation. Short communication. 1977

The authors report the papaverine blood levels obtained after administration to a group of volunteers of a sustained-release preparation in comparison with a conventional form. The new preparation shows bioavailability equivalent to a normal papaverine but substantially more prolonged papaverine blood levels.
