[Experience in endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreaticography with Peritrast 400 comp (author's transl)]. 1980

In 210 cases of endoscopic retrograde cholangio-pancreaticography (ERCP), Peritrast 400 comp was used as contrast medium. The good tolerence and low rate of complication associated with this preparation despite the higher contrast medium concentration were remarkable. On the whole, only one severe complication was observed, namely, an abscess-forming pancreatitis. This could be controlled by conservative treatment.
