Improved and more specific bromcresol green methods for the manual and automatic determination of serum albumin. 1978

The bromcresol green (BCG) method for determination of serum albumin has been modified and the specificity improved. A manual and a continuous flow method is described. Both methods are suitable for routine use and the results agree well with those obtained by an immunonephelometric method.
