Case reports on patients suffering from traumatic retinal angiopathy (Purtscher's disease) and fat embolism in acute pancreatitis, respectively. Differential diagnostic comparison of the most important clinical findings with the aid of ophthalmoscopy, fluorescein angiography, computer perimetry and simultaneous fundus photography.
