A clinical case of juvenile macular hemorrhagic choroidopathy is presented. The affection is distinguished by the appearance to a young adult of a placard of neuroepithelium serous decoloration, and also by macular hemorrhages and the absence of other local or general inflammatory implications. This clinical case is interesting because of the very young age limit at which the illness appeared. Other elements of diagnosis, pathogeny and treatment are also discussed.
